A guy that doesn't understand the process, he thinks Nats sent $1 million cash and Marlins will be using that and maybe a little of their money for the bid. In reality, if they planned to lowball, there would have been no reason to make this trade.

Exactly. It's almost impossible to low ball the way IFA $ works and considering all the money they have.
