SilverBullet
The Marlins continue to make diversity a priority in their organizational structure, promoting Rachel "Rocky" Egusquiza to Vice Preisdent of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She was, and still is, the executive director of the Miami Marlins Foundation. She will work alongside VP and chief people officer Beth Elletson to "guide the Marlins’ efforts to promote a culture with a variety of qualities, characteristics and unique experiences for individuals of all backgrounds while fostering a feeling of belonging amid a community of support and collaboration." It's crazy how many women the Marlins have at the top levels of the organization. https://www.mlb.com/marlins/news/marlins-name-vice-president-of-inclusion https://beyondthebases.mlblogs.com/miami-marlins-name-rocky-egusquiza-as-vice-president-of-diversity-equity-and-inclusion-a051f11599b5

97marlin
I hope the current organization structure is able to build a competitive team year in and year out. They have shown they have a vision both from an outreach perspective, and a baseball perspective. I just really hope the baseball side works out, so that they can follow through with the outreach side.
