100% it's service time manipulation, but they'll say he needs to work on some things. If it's an innings limit, skip starts. Limited starts. Relief appearances for a month. Sending him down for innings limit makes no sense, since he'll still be pitching in the minors.

None of the guys Jeter has traded away to other teams have been sent down, this clearly concludes that Loria > Jeter #FuckJeter

Chris Paddack is a single A pitcher. We were right to trade him. He sucks. Also, Luis Castillo was great for us in 2003 but he's way too old now so forget him. Mike Hill knows what he's doing.
