This so stupid. I hope Gusto gets lit up.

ugh, frustrating that the pitching injuries are never-ending. Must be a tear with that timeline so not the best of news.

Really think we need to look at our pitching philosophy. Rays had the same problem where the injuries just piled up and rotated as well.

Love being off Friday, settling in to watch the game and seeing Gusto immediately get us behind the eight ball. The Fighting Fish never give up, but if this keeps up will be time to turn to the Jupiter game to watch the new kids Cova and Arana.

Thisnis why you you shouldn't use an opener. Now when Phillips enters the game, its probably over. Just fucking stupid.

good to have you here Polly. Let's spark a rally.

I was gone for all 3 Nats games though and my first back they give up a 3 spot 😝.

Let’s settle the bats down Phillips and get some dongs

The only dongs are the ones that Daddy Dix and McCullough are choking on right now.

Just realized that Eddy Cabrera, Luzardo, and Ryan Weathers all started today.

Yes, saw that when the probables came out. Interesting to see how they do. Believe Trevor Rogers got the win yesterday as well.

Gusto wasn't that bad. Would have liked to see him get a few more innings. We get the double play or Caissie catches that ball, it's a different story. That being said, he was hit pretty hard and his fastball sitting at 94 with little movement is not going to be good enough most days.

FWIW, all three were bad today.

Saw that. Ironic that all three were traded largely because they couldn't stay healthy and every pitcher we have is injured and these three have mostly stayed healthy (aside from Cabrera's recurring blister issues). None of the three have been all that great, at least this year. Of course, our returns for them haven't exactly lit the world on fire either.

Rasmussen is a very good pitcher when he is healthy but you can't win games with 1 walk and 12 strikeouts at the plate. Again, we need to look at our approach at the plate.
