January 14, 200421 yr Author Sorry, it was reported on ESPNews and they even showed his picture (old man) with the Dolphins logo and then Marino's face and said he would be Marino's advisor.
January 14, 200421 yr What a loyal member of the green and gold. :lol phlub fails to understand that if the man doesnt want to take a job it doesnt neccesarily (sp?) mean he refuses to work for anyother franchise (ive heard, he rarely even does anything for the Pack today anyway) but just means he likes retirement. Shula tried to buy the expansion Browns but that doesnt mean the Dolphins franchise didnt mean anything to him. lombardi coached the skins, does that mean the pack didnt mean anything to him?
January 14, 200421 yr Apparently Cape misheard, he hasn't been hired yet but they are in seirous negotiations for him to be a special assistant to Marino.
