not sure if you ever ended up going on AGS, but JMU expansion video. Tell me that they are not going FBS when this is finished. Big East? Conference USA. Exciting news down in VA.

">NEw JMU expansions

That link doesn't work but I do know about the expansion to Bridgeforth Stadium if that's what you're talking about. I did check out those forums btw.

I am excited about the expansion. JMU is hellbent on expanding everything right now, and IMO they are out of their minds because the city is strained as it is from the school's size (we're bigger than UVA).

I would love to see us go FBS in a couple years but I don't think it's a good idea any earlier than 2010.

Luckily there is a moratorium to stop teams from changing division until 2011. I do think that if they move up around that 2011-2015 range they will either be in a Big East conference (which may be only football schools and break off) or they may start a new conference. With teams such as App St. Georgia Southern, JMU, UMass, and some other schools in unique positions like a UCF if they do not get a Big East invite. Maybe the ECU's and Marshalls on the east of CUSA. Anyway it is exciting to be a Dukes fan because soon your degree will jump from good to nationally recognized.
