ESPN's new in-game interviews

Featured Replies

Whadd'ya think?

I saw it last w/e and I have one big problem. It reminds me too much of hockey interviews in between periods. Just a little over the top if ya asked me.

This sideline reporter business is silly (especially the interviewing of managers mid-game in spring training). Just bring the person to the press box. That's my favorite part of the TBS broadcasts. I also liked how one day Rob Dibble and Karl Ravetch brought one of the Giants-Astros games back from a commercial break and Dibble would ask Joe Morgan about baseball and the game.
