Get answers to Marlins questions

With the curtain coming down on the 2004 regular season, it's a time for Marlins fans to reflect on the immediate past, take a few deep breaths and then quizzically look ahead to 2005.

Will the Marlins be active in pursuing free agents this winter? Are there some kids on the farm who could blossom into elite players next year? Will the club be aggressive in exploring trade possibilities?

As the focus shifts to Hot Stove talk and the hopes and expectations for next season, FloridaMarlins.com invites fans to write in with questions about the Marlins. Those queries will be answered by beat writer Joe Frisaro in a regular Monday mailbag column, which starts Monday, Oct. 11 and runs through the offseason and straight into Spring Training next February.

Fans asking questions should include their first name, the initial of their last name and hometown.
