October 23, 200421 yr link Dolphins receiver David Boston was arrested on assault charges this week after an incident with an airport agent at the Bulington, Vt., airport, police said. According to investigating officer Wade Labrecque, Boston and ticket/gate agent Ed Gorchinski of Burlington became involved in an argument that allegedly escalated to an assault. Police are still investigating the matter, so it is unclear if the 26-year-old Boston physically attacked the 59-year-old Gorchinski. Upon taking a statement from the victim, police arrested Boston at the security checkpoint where he was being detained. The incident occurred at about 9 p.m. Tuesday. Boston did not answer his cellular phone Friday evening. ''We don't know anything about it,'' Dolphins spokesman Harvey Greene said. ``It's something we're not aware of, so we can't comment on it further.'' Boston was released and cited to appear in the Chittenden County Court in December to answer the charge. Boston, acquired from San Diego in an offseason trade, suffered a season-ending knee injury in the preseason. class act
