March 11, 200521 yr I have a fan going that's not quiting? Usually I don't think it's going at all? When should, and when should it not be going? :o
March 11, 200521 yr is this the first time you're using this laptop? i'm not exactly sure what you're trying to describe, but i'm guessing you tried to shut it off or close it and it went into sleep mode. when you want to turn it off, hold the power button for a few seconds until you notice everything shut off. you shouldn't hear any drive, fan, or other noises when it's powered off.
