August 8, 200323 yr Their's a new theory released by THe FBI saying that The Hijackers crashed the planes NOT The Passengers on board... They did try to take control and after that The Ringleader ordered THe Plane to be crashed.
August 8, 200323 yr I don't think that is what happened, wouldn't really make sense on the part of the terrorists. Even if they had been ordered down they would have at least proceeded to Pittsburgh or something to try and so some sort of damage.

Why because you don't want to think that The Terrorists actually brought it down. They were planned to go to Camp David. They knew where Camp David was I highly doubt they would be able to locate Pittsburgh and keep The Passengers at bay the same time.

If they were semi-intelligent terrorists (who knows) they would still managed to do some damage instead of killing a couple cows in the area they crashed down in.
August 8, 200323 yr Author It was over hour away so it wouldn't be too far by plane but still you have to think in The Terrorists minds. What if one of those guy's knew how to fly a plane? They would be screwed and their plan would be pointless. I would think they just downed it to avoid that.
August 9, 200323 yr I heard that report this morning. Does it diminish the contributions of the passengers attempting to do something? No way! Even if the terrorists themselves crashed the plane as a result of an attempt to re-take the plane, countless lives were saved. This report in no way takes away from a heroic attempt by everyday people to save the lives of people they didn't even know. IMO
