butchy Posted November 19, 2005 Share Posted November 19, 2005 Marlins purchased the contracts of RHP Allen Baxter, LHP Adam Bostick, RHP Jose Garcia and RHP Carlos Martinez to the 40-man roster. That the Marlins had no hitters to add says a lot about their farm system. They shouldn't have to worry about losing anyone in the Rule 5 draft.
