March 9, 200620 yr Give a guy credit coming into Spring Training as a Rule V draft and putting up the numbers he has. I think as Marlin fans we need to realize his potential and back him every bit. Realize he has the potential to put up major offensive numbers from the 2nd base position and hit the No. 7 slot in the batting order. How hard is it to find a guy of his potential. In the rebuilding year that we are in, it is an ideal prospect for us. Props to our scouting services to finding this guy. This is the area we need to focus on.
