Man Accused Of Offering Cash To Watch Teens Have Sex

Featured Replies

Police in Jacksonville, Fla., recently arrested a man they said he offered to pay a teenage couple to have sex while he watched, according to a WJXT-TV report.

According to police reports, 18-year-old Reiko Henry was working as the assistant manager at the River City Marketplace Theater when he solicited the teens.

Officials with the theater said Henry was fired from the Northside movie theater as soon as the allegations surfaced.

According to police reports, 18-year-old Reiko Henry was working as the assistant manager at the River City Marketplace Theater when he solicited the teens.

Investigators said Henry's victim and accuser was a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old, the report said.

The police report states Henry offered the couple $100 to have sex while he watched.

"Of course, the kids turned him down, and he then, as an assistant manager, allegedly kicked them out of the movie theater," said Ken Jefferson, of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Reports state that Henry refused to return an investigator's voice mail messages requesting an interview.

"He was asked to come in and speak with a detective to give his side of the story. He refused to do so, at which time a warrant was ascertained for his arrest and he was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct," Jefferson said.

Police said Henry began defending himself after they arrested him.

According to a police report, "He denied asking the victim and witness to have sex for money, and insisted that he kicked them out of the theater for making threats against one of his employees."

However, police said his initial refusal to talk said a lot.

WJXT-TV's Scott Johnson reported Henry was on probation for a fraud charge and that his probation officer picked him up and turned him in to authorities.

Henry is being held at Duval County Jail on charges of lewd and lascivious conduction on a minor under the age of 16. His bond has been set at $50,000.
