April 17, 200323 yr as you can see those atlanta braves arent dieing out easily. they already surpassed us in the standings. we are currently fourth in the nl east. i know 4th isnt bad when you are only 2.5 games out of first. but the braves are playing good again so i dont know. and i honestly think we can sweep the mets in the upcoming series. our key to winning is stealing those damn bases. If piazza plays all three games we'll steal 12-15 bases on him during the series. Piazza is a joke behind the plate (but standing in front of the plate is a total different story) but i really think we can sweep these mets. and then we come home to a three game series agianst the brewers. if we can win this last game to split the series vs. philadelphia, and win 2 out of 3 from he mets and sweep the brewers we could find ourselves on top of the nl east ( or very close to it) if we can go 5-2 or 6-1 in these next 7 games it would be great for us. we could be 12-11, one game over or 13-10, three over. we really need to play great these next two series' c'mon fish make us proud. that 2-5 start really killed us, two of those first 5 losses could've easily been ours.
