Today, Korea court officially rejected Kang's appeal, so it stands the orginal sentence, 8-month imprisonment but 2-year suspension. Cause of that sentence, Kang hasn't been granted a permission to travel US with a work visa. But Korea court system has allowed 3 trials about one case, so this was 2nd. I think Kang don't stop it, he will want to appeal to Korea highest court for 3rd trial. Poor Bucs.
