BIG Z Posted February 29, 2004 Share Posted February 29, 2004 Can someone tell me the perfect work out for a 15 year old(me),i wan't a workout that will strengthen my body and make me pitch harder,i will go through the tough work i just wanna pitch faster i really need it,i'm already doing 20 curl-up's(5 set's),20 dumbell's(5 set's),25-30 pushup's,and about 30 situp's(the one's that are hard,which you raise your leg's),ca somebody gimme more idea's? Can't convince my dad to sign me up in the gym,he say's i will stop growing.My dad stopped growing when he was 14(he's 5'10) because he started doing weight's and he dosn't wan't that to happen to me,right now my dad's 41 and he's still swoll,im'a try to convince him to sign me up in my cousin's gym...
