Hell everyone, This is my website that this rumor appeared on. I don't have control over the comments that people post. (Well I do, but I choose not to exercise it unless something's truely offensive. Something like this just makes for good conversation about how silly it is.) I've heard nothing official about this. I've heard nothing at all about it for that matter. As I replied in my comments section I figured someone down there in Miami hit the bar a little hard at lunch and decided to call into a radio station with something he heard from 'a friend in the team' (also known as the drunk next to him at the bar) As an Oriole fan I'd mortage the farm for Willis, but I'd also do it in a way that wouldn't get my team laughed at. Oh wait....they've already done that. Especially with the Marlins. Who knows. Maybe the O's really did offer this deal just to be petty for not being able to get that whole AJ Burnett thing done. Not that the Fish had any role in screwing that up. My team's just got morons running it.
