  1. Good luck with Wessy out there tonight guys, I'll definitely be rooting for ya. He was one heck of a class act in Milwaukee; signing autographs all day and chattin' it up with everyone. Lets just hope he doesn't have his infamous 3 inning or shorter start he got accustomed to doing. He is a good batter though, I'll predict a hit from him today.
  2. Well i definitely had an adventure and story to tell after tonight. Had fish tank seats but ended up just staying by the brewers bullpen after getting autographs and seeing that it was 7:02 and about 6 fans around me . Successful night though; got 5 brewers autographs and caught 2 foul balls. I REALLY like how they give you the little certificate of authenticity when you catch a foul ball. i thought that was a great idea. After 8 hours spent at Dolphin stadium, I didn't even get to see a decision on the game.... I like the ball park though. It was a little awkward where we were sitting that we weren't really facing the field, but overall I think it's a great park. Can't wait to see the brewers take 2 games in one night tomorrow Although I'm not sure what pitchers we'll throw out there.... I don't feel too confident with Dessens which we'll probably throw out there... and also, are all marlins outfielders gold glovers or what?!
  3. Well, We ate at Pollo Tropical today. I must say; I was very impressed. Very different type restaurant for a fast-food joint. We ended up eating at Dave & Buster's for dinner which was perfect for the game; and there aren't any very close to us in Wisconsin. Once the manager got his act together and finally changed the Kansas City Royals game to the Brewers game (after 25 minutes and 3 innings) it worked out perfectly; except for the outcome of the game. I will be expecting to win out as I will be attending the next two games Although I don't like our matchups too much...
  4. I'm in 149. I'm sorta dissapointed I would have rather been by the brewers dugout, but I totally didn't think of that when I ordered em. Behind homeplate should be good. I think we'll have to try a cuban restaurant (for something new) but my parents are less than excited for some reason . We like Mexican food a lot for sit-in restaurants, or really anything. Anything good
  5. Well we officially have everything booked now. I got 3rd row fish tanks seats for tuesday, and 9th row infield box MVP seats for wednesday (only because the closest infield box seats were 19th row we decided to splurge a little) And we are staying now at the Inverrary Golf Resort (anyone know anything about it?) Is there a special food item in the ballpark that dolphin stadium is known for or anything? I always like to get one specialy food item inside the stadium from each one I visit. (Not that anything you guys have can top the Cactus League Nachos of Miller Park or anything) Once again thanks for all the help!
  6. :lol :lol So you're saying we should cancel our reservations for El Palacio? We reserved it after the really low rates and the cool looking sports bar (to watch the game on Monday we're not attending) and I wanted to try something other than a chain, bland hotel like always. We ignored the bad reviews and focused on the good ones I guess. My father has a coworker in Miami, and we were strongly advised not to go there as well, so I think your comments have set us over the top Cancellation will be coming Any reccomendations for hotels than? :lol I think we're definitely going to have to try Pollo Tropical, sounds like a perfect place. How about a good sports bar now to watch Mondays game? Have a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby? Anything unique?
  7. Wow 12$? Really? hmm.... So are the clubs seats wider or cushioned or anything cool like that? Im excited to see how the whole football stadium/baseball field really works. I can't even remember really what dolphin stadium looks like in baseball season. All I'm remembering is the superbowl. Okay jaunky, so 20 miles south eh? So it's almost not really worth it that we're staying in a hotel only a mile or two away from the stadium? Where would you recommend eating that is unique to the area? Both fast food and nicer?
  8. Awesome, thanks a lot guys, you've been a big help. I think we'll go with the fish tank for Tuesday and infield box MVP on Wednesday. Now the decision; sit behind home plate or sit behind brewers dugout... would rather have the view behind at 149 or 150... Too bad there aren't any promotions on any of the three games. You'd think they would try to give something away; I doubt attendance will be too high on a midweek game against the Brewers So now you're saying I'm not gonna get the mermaid lap dance in the infield box? That's sort of a downer, but I'm sure we'll live. Anything else I should know about the stadium? somewhere to walk to inside the stadium? Cool place to eat around it? Thanks again for all the help! Haha, same with Miller Park. I bring in seeds and chips, and a couple big ole' gatorades. Get my cactus league nachos in the 5th and spend a total of 5.50 in the park. Oh, and it's three of us by the way. You are a smart man! I bring about 2-3 bags of seeds everygame :lol :lol one bag barbecue, one bag traditional :lol

  10. Wow, thanks a lot for all the help. I think we'll definitely do a fish tank seat now for one of them. I was hoping for some advice like this as to where is a cool place to sit thats not neccessarily the best. All stadiums have em Founders club might be out of range though. I know your reasoning with the budgeting and such; but my parents would never see past the fact that we're spending 80$ to go to a Brewer game How are the infield box MVP seats? rows 8-10 behind homeplate? Anything wrong with these? Why are they sooo much cheaper? Also, are the club seats not really worth it? What are the benefits there? Nice thing is you usually don't have many people crowding you, but that changes. :lol You're talking to a Brewer fan...
  11. Guess I probably should have included that No more than 60$ for one of the games, and no more than like 35$ or so for the other (one really good seat game, one not as much)
  12. Hey there, huge brewer fan here; making the trek for my spring break to Miami in April for the series against the Marlins. Just looking for some good advice from first hand experiences on good/interesting seats. Preliminarily thinking is to go with one game of the Club Zone B and the other field box or something similar. Any advice? Can't wait to see Dolphin stadium and watch the two young (and hopefully promising) teams go at it!
