This is good,the marlin's are taking long but taking it step by step sound's good.Plus when you wanna build a stadium or even a house you have to look for three thing's location,location,location.

I think it is definetly about location and amenities. I dont think you can realistically go ahead with this plan with absolutely no money accounted for. I also dont think Penelas and other County officials would be so optimistic - because they wouldnt have to be and they would even be free of any blame. I think that there is concern that this is done right because of concerns raised by the Miami Arena and its years of service.
