March 29, 200422 yr I think most have heard of them. I respect them simply for the fact that they come from The NY Alternative Rock Scene which is picking up heat with bands like The Yeah Yeah Yeah's breaking but if you compare fellow NY Alt Rockers Interpol, Interpol runs over them. DL some Interpol songs, Furman... I think you'll like them if you like the strokes.
March 30, 200422 yr the stokes are amazing ... i was about to go to their show recently, but i decided to settle for the MVP game hehe. but i think the Strokes are awesome, their new cd ROCKS and INTERPOL is one amazing band as well ... and live they blow me away !!! freaking artsy rock taking over ... i like some bands, but its really getting out of hand, the pool of talent is not that big.
