a scouting report for a spring training invitee in the 1950's. My grandfather straight out of high school was invited to spring training with the Orioles, the Phillies also looked at him, he didn't make it to the majors. What I heard, he was the talk of the town in East Hartford, Connecticutt. I was wondering if teams would keep a scouting report on him and where I can find it? I just heard this story 6 months ago and just now of the scouting report.

I doubt they would keep a scouting report for fifty years on someone who never made it to the majors. But hey, what do I know.
