I was kind of hoping to see history be made today, so I'm a little dissapointed that Smarty Jones lost... but like I'll give a damn tommorrow.

Do you give a damn today? :mischief2 Didn't even think about it till I saw the thread :D

Man I was laughing hard because it looked like he had him...I thought the jockey didn't really push Smarty that much, but oh well it was a good laugh cause everyone int he room was screamin for him to win and then lost

smarty's jocky looked like he helped fix it, he was definitely not whipping that horse hard when compared to the derby. I noticed that too but I didn't want people to be like oh you're just starting a conspiracy theory

That has to be the worst feeling in all of sports: knowing your so close to winning, but your energy is gone right when you are about to be victorious and your opponent just comes on strong at the right time and takes game, race, and/or title.

Kinda makes you think about what everyone in our way last season felt.

I was depressed as hell along with those at Philly Park but I've gotten over it and he did the city proud.

You just can't win a race when your being challenged all around the track.
