July 16, 200422 yr Author With the fiasco Rex started over the Twinsville plan, I had to roll this feature out a day early in order to let you guys see what he is talking about in Saint Paul.
July 16, 200422 yr Author The Saint Paul was not given a big bump like the Twinsville/Minneapolis plan because it is farther from the current Metrodome and most Twins season ticket holders hail from Hennepin County where Bloomington and Minneapolis are..but many believe the ballpark will draw the Twins and their fans south to Saint Paul if it is made a reality in accordance to this plan.
