August 3, 200422 yr i heard it, it it was pretty good, Mike is a great speaker on the radio. a caller asked him if the victory against the Yankees was that much more sweet considering that they were the team that traded him, he said that question was often asked during the World Series and he always answered no, then he said the only reason he answered no is to not give the Yankees any bulliten board material durring the series, he said in reality it was that much more sweet.
August 3, 200422 yr Author this was before that, he hadn't started taking call-ins yet and Ed ask him something and his answer, at least the part I heard (I think it was on the subject of trade rumors, it was just before he said coming up in the Yankees organization taught him to ignore them because when you're a minor leaguer with the Yanks you know you are going to be tradebait) sounded unflattering regarding Samson and Loria.
