September 17, 200422 yr Tonight is crucial. We obviously need to win tonight - I dont want to say it is a must win, but a win puts us in good shape. SD @SF probably the most important game of the night. We need SF to lose, but SD winning moves them closer as well. That may be our best shot though. MIL @HOU. I dont see much of a problem for HOU, except that there is a let down from the StL series. But I doubt it. CHC @CIN. A Cubs loss would take some pressure off of our DH on Monday, but this game is not really important if the Marlins win. Can only hurt if we lose.
September 18, 200422 yr Author We lost today...too bad. Cubs won - beat CIN 12-4. They are hot right now. Very hot. Hou beat Mil 2-1. SF is beating SD 4-0. So, this is not a good day for the Marlins. But this does kind of play into my LA scenario. Still, does not look good for the Fish - but you got to be psyched about the test ahead.
