PSAT Tomorrow

Featured Replies

I was going to take the PSAT, but then just decided that I'll take the SAT in the spring and in the fall of next year if I don't like my score on the first one.

what a stupid ass test so difficult and they give you such a short amount of time. i'm not one of those who just bubbles in whatever, but today i found myself doing this.

Word.

The FCAT takes a lot shorter = more break time = you feel like you're testing for hours.

PSAT= non stop work.

Well, actually it's not that hard.

If you focus on "the good" (the easiest, the ones that are first) and "the bad" questions (the difficult, the ones that are in the middle and that you should take the most time doing) and don't worry about "the ugly" (the really hard ones) questions then you'll do fine. Remember guessing is good, and make sure that you can eliminate a few answers.

Remember to pace yourself, and if there's a question that you just don't know the answer to at all, skip to another. Then come back to it later.

The most important thing you can do is RELAX!

I did terrific, but I was surprised at the lack of available time. Usually I finish way ahead, not this morning.
