October 18, 200422 yr there are tons of topics on this, so maybe this one is pointless... but what do yall think about drafts. Not just this so-called draft that may happen one day for the war in Iraq...I'm talking about the use of drafts in the past. I'm against the use of the draft....UNLESS we are being attacked. The draft in WWII and the draft by the Confederacy in the War Between The States seem ok to me. I havent done toooo much thought on the subject, but figured I'd throw it out there. btw, I would go fight if drafted, whether I agree with the draft or not. I won't pu$$ out.
