I believe that a Libertarian non-interventionist policy might have averted the 9/11 tragedy

Yet he gives no reason why he thinks this. This sounds like a guy I would want to support as President.

Libertarians would not engage in overseas military deployments. They take a neutralist view.

And how woud that have stopped the 9/11 attacks Tony?

A little off topic here, but I was at a d*** Morris talk about two years ago, and he said that if Bill Clinton had listened to him, 9/11 would have been avoided.

If Bush listened to Clinton 9/11 could have been averted.

President Bill Clinton briefs President-elect Bush on security issues in December 2000: "I think you will find that by far your biggest threat is Bin Ladin and the al Qaeda. One of the great regrets of my presidency is that I didn't get him [bin Ladin] for you, because I tried to." [9/11 Commision Report] And then upon taking office Bush cuts terrorism spending and does not go after Bin Ladin until after 9/11..

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Flat out.

And if it was percieved as such an immense threat by CLinton, then why didn't he get him?
