Thought Ohio was the only Recount?

Featured Replies

SANTA FE (AP) - Green and Libertarian presidential candidates are still pursuing their legal fight for a ballot recount in New Mexico and plan to take their case to the state Court of Appeals.

Lawyers for Green Party candidate David Cobb and Libertarian candidate Michael Badnarik say they intend to file a notice of appeal with the court.

The attorneys say the appeal will ask the court to order a recount of presidential ballots in the November 2nd general election.

They are appealing a decision by state District Judge Carol Vigil in Santa Fe, who ruled against them two weeks ago.

The candidates are fighting a decision by the state canvassing board to charge them $1.4 million in advance of a recount.

So let me get this straight not only did Badnarik and Green get arrested during their campaign and now this. Wow those parties really picked a bunch of winners.

Well whats a couple million is tax payer money right? :plain

The Green and Libertarian parties should change their slogans something along the line of:

"We'll use every single penny of your money that we can down to the bitter end, if you like us or not, so you might as well vote for us."

Kinda long, but I am sure it could catch on. ;)

John Kerry being arrested

at a war protest.

How many times has Jesse Jackson been arrested?

Fine crowd you hang out with...

When did I ever say I supported Jesse Jackson. Come on Tony, you don't like me putting words in my mouth do you? How about you do the same?

Oh and last time I checked Tony, I said campaign, both mainstream canidates were arrested so next time you feel the need to blatantly change the subject why don't you at least stay on course. Both canidates were not arrested in their campaigns. Badnarik was because like this he couldn't accept reality no one wanted him in that debate so he got arrested for it. A canidate is supposed to represent the party, so did Badnarik do a good job in repersenting the party when he was arrested?

Here is an exact quote from you Tony - From the "Which political party fits you?" thread

"Again, you attempt to tar me with the brush of absolutism - AGAIN I RESENT IT GREATLY"

So let me get this straight Tony, you don't like it when people try to paint you as someone you are not but it's all fine and dandy when it's off of you?

Why won't you admit you're a moonbat?

Were you right or wrong? Simple question.

Wow here's a shocker.

Tony resorting to two moronic questions in an attempt to get out of Mollusk's questions.

I'll provide another question for you to answer Tony. A question that was originally presented that you failed to answer.

Was Badnarik getting arresting during his campaign the right thing to do?

You try to bash Kerry for the recount idea but you fail to hold accountable your own party and it's not just the recount that Badnarik is a sore loser on but the fact that he was arrested because he can't realize no one wants to see him in a debate. It would be a waste of time for the american public yet he went ahead and got arrested.
