Top NFL Busts

Featured Replies

this is all I can come up with, if you have someone else more deserving to be on this list, just vote other and post the name.

I couldn't find draft positions for some of these guys and I wanted to get this up, so if anyone has them, post them.

Lawrence Phillips

So much talent, what a waste.

Im not sure Tyrone Wheatley is a bust.

well, I tend to agree with that most of the time.....but I think the Giants expected alot more from him, as well as myself. But thats just becasue I'm a Mich. fan. He has had a decent career and has been around for a while. I just remember him in college being a huge deal.

Wheatley may have made the pro bowl, not sure though. You have a valid point.

Ricky wasn't a bust only for the fact when he played he was dominant.

Didn't Dayne had one good year when he and Barber were called Thunder and Lightning?

if anyone was wondering why I put Avery in that list, its because he was a Johnson pick and was supposed to be the next big deal Dolphins RB. All he was kick arse in the XFL.

If a guy isnt picked near the top of the draft, his expectations are lower. Guys like Avery, Phillips, and Dayne were more experimental than sure things. Ki-Jana Carter was the biggest bust for both being the #1 pick, being injured and not doing crap.

Has to be Ki-Jana Carter, no.1 pick that did absolutely nothing.

Ron Dayne is a close second, he was a Heisman winner and all time rushing leader, and he can't even keep a back-up job in the NFL. I can't wait until that sack of s*** is gone.
