By then all the local stuff should be completed. How amazing would it be to have the stadium deal signed sealed and delivered by opening day. I'll just get my aunt to perform a filibuster when the stadium bill comes through, and maybe sneak in a tv and dvd, so that they can watch the '03 WS DVD and recall the memories (that is, if they even like baseball). I hope this thing gets done. Huizenga actually helped the team by kicking them out. Now the state knows they have to do something in order to keep the team in South Florida...
