Well, geez, he should feel very bad about allowing one of the worst criminals in the history of the world to choose his own death, an honor that he prevented hundreds of Jews from doing. He died on his own terms instead of dying on the world's terms. I mean it is great that he comes out now to help end one of the world's greatest mysteries, but he should never forget that when he dies, on his own terms, that he let a criminal against humanity choose his own death.

According to the article, he thought he was giving the prisoner some medicine. The girl that gave him the poison was very attractive and seductive--he gave the officer the medicine, thinking that he was only doing the girl a favor. He didn't know that he was helping the enemy.

But I stress--"according to him."

something tells me if he truly was a nazi sympathizer whose motive was to indeed help the guy escape the gallows, he wouldn't have even come forward with this story.
