Respect the NHL

Featured Replies

Regardless of your position toward the Lockout, or the NHL in general, please maintain a mature and respectful tone when you are responding to NHL-laden messages. I know for a fact that many of the members on this forum are dedicated hockey fans, and you must take into consideration their feelings and attitude about the recent events. We all share the common bond of being Marlins fans--and we must learn to appreciate each other's opinions, without stepping over that invisible 'ignorance' boundary.

Can't we all just...

Get a bong? (Woah, whoever read that just got pwned).

PS- I'm serious about the relative careless nature of your tone in messages with respect to hockey. Let's show the world that fans of all four major sports can comingle in a friendly and mature environment! woot. :thumbup

After ragging on Accord about the NHL, I have realized that even though I dont care if Hockey ever comes back, others do. Im not even talking about Accord or other fans, I am talking about the people who depend on the sport to make a living. The puck makers, the concession workers, the arena workers etc. The little people. The people who arent paying $90.00 a ticket or the people who make upwards of a million dollars to play the game. These people who depend on the NHL are the ones that are truly being hurt, not sentimentally but financially.

I hope these asses on both sides can come up with a solution.
