Hey guys, I'm trying to set an html file as my desktop background but for some reason it won't work. I just get a blank background. It's always worked before so I'm wondering if you guys might have any ideas on what to do.

 

EDIT: I forgot to mention I am using Windows XP Home Edition.

 

UPDATE: I figured out what the problem was. Tweak IU was a program I used to eliminate my recycling bin. That was messing it up.
