16 teams, fighting for 8 spots

8 teams in

Buffalo, Georgetown, George Washington, Iowa State, Minnesota, UTEP, West Virginia, Wichita State(dropping)

8 teams out

Creighton, Houston, Indiana(rising), Kent State, Memphis, Miami(in trouble), Vandy, VT

No way Georgetown and WVU get in, that would give the Big East 8 teams.....

And after further review, Indiana could get in as an at-large after all (but they MUST WIN at Wisconsin and prove to the commitee they can win a big road game IMO).

its probably the homer in me but going into the last 6 games of the year, rumor was that 4/6 and win in the Big 11 tourney gets IU in.

if we split the Wisco/NW thats 4/6 and 10 wins in the conference

and the committee likes IU...... we travel well :mischief
