you've got power out the wazoo. wait a little and try to trade for some speedy guys to balance your team a little

You have a damn good O. The problem is your pitching staff is top heavy with Clemens and Schmidt, and your pen is rather weak with your best arm being Rincon IMO and he isn't exactly the best of fantasy players unless you can pick up holds. You might want to package some of your depth on the offensive side to something like possibly a power hitter for a solid starter and a speed guy. If you balance out your offensive attack and pick up pitchers through trades, you should run away with first.
