Posted May 25, 200519 yr - The new TNA booking staff is not in favor of bringing back Johnny Fairplay. - Juvetund Guerrera has yet to be given a start date by WWE, but he is expected to work the 6/12 ECW PPV. - TNA's new booking team includes Scott D'Amore, Mike Tenay, Dutch Mantel, Bill Banks and Jeremy Borash. The booking committe is considering several fresh faces - including Samoa Joe, Bryan Danielson (The American Dragon), C.M. Punk (who did have a previous run in TNA), Jushin Liger (who they have spoken with) and the Ultimo Dragon. - In addition, TNA plans to use Gail Kim, Jazz and Molly Holly as semi-regulars. - As recapped earlier this week, Chris Harris of America's Most Wanted recently conducted an interview with Wrestling News Live, in which he hinted towards AMW turning heel this summer to feud with the Hardy Boys. - Tito Ortiz' participation in TNA was originally scheduled for a one-time appearance, but now both Ortiz and TNA want to work together in the future. There is even rumors of a Shamrock vs Ortiz feud, although that is a strong rumor at this point. - Dixie Carter, who gave birth early this year, is back attending TNA tapings regularly. - Monty Brown's contract with TNA recently rolled over, but he was obligated to appear at the Hard Justice PPV last Sunday on May 15. It should be noted that if Brown was to ever get an offer from WWE, he could buy out his contract with TNA for a somewhat small fee. However, TNA has no intentions of letting Brown go and are in the process of starting a strong push for him in the coming months after his character took a backseat in the last few months or so under different bookers
May 25, 200519 yr Unfortunately, I think Brown is too small to get a decent push were he to go to WWE.
