May 30, 200521 yr I recently began planning a road trip and got some questions about this matter. This thread will help you view your beloved Fish on the road. For this time I will only focus on the areas where other NL East teams call themselves the "home" team. ATLANTA BRAVES TERRITORY Let's say you are in the areas where ATL is written on the map below. Congrats if the Braves are playing the Fish...you just got the Fish on TV! Here are the channels you need to know: FSN South has most Wednesday games TBS is the same as back home. Turner South...all the other games Braves Radio Network WASHINGTON NATIONALS/BALTIMORE ORIOLES TERRITORY If you are in a place where BAL is written on the map below then you better hope the Fish play the Nats if you want to see them on Local TV. The Nats Local TV outlet is MASN. All games air outside of DC on MASN via Channel 626 on DirecTV. In DC you can get games on MASN as well, but you may also see some on UPN 50. Nationals Radio Network Forum run by Nats Radio Engineer ------------------------------------------------------------------- PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES PHI means Phillies land. You are quite brave. Hope your hotel has cable because the Philes are on Comcast SportsNet Philly and UPN 57 only. Phillies Radio Network Phils games on 1210 WPHT are easily heard anywhere on the east coast. NEW YORK METS NYM means Metsland and you may be able to say hi to Admin while there. You can catch games on MSG, FSN New York, and WB11 Mets have a radio network, but with 660 WFAN do they really? WFAN has a blowtorch you can hear along the east coast. I will do any other scenarios for your vacation. Remember MLB Extra Innings is at most sportsbars and MLB.tv is an option. If you go to Disney World the best place to catch games inside the resort is at the ESPN Club right outside EPCOT's World Showcase entrance at Disney's Boardwalk. The food is awesome and the Fish get the big screen. What is better than Rich and Tommy calling the Marlins win at Disney World while eating an awesome lunch or dinner? Thought so. Marlins Radio in Orlando is 660 WORL. The ESPN Zones are also great places. http://espnzone.com/ Atlanta, DC, New York, and Baltimore amongst the locations. You can also take XM Radio anywhere in the lower 48 and enjoy games.
