Angel Rocha of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Mario Delgado of the Baltimore Orioles, Felix Romero of the Boston Red Sox, and David Smith of the Toronto Blue Jays were the latest minor leaguers to be suspended this season. Sixty-seven players have been suspended this year for violating the minor-league program. June 7, 200521 yr for some reason it seems that a lot of minor leaguers test positve but you never hear about i from the MLB side from Sanchez and Rincon. I think the MLB has put in this policy and is hiding the results just to show that the policy is working
