Marlins2003
Sure I'd like to see us having won the five games we had a chance to win, but when you put it in perspective, three and three so far is nothing to sneeze at. With six games left, three against the Braves and three in Tampa, the Marlins stand an excellent chance of making this a winning road trip, and winning on the road is what winning teams do. Ns2003
Shoulda been better, but its not too bad.
Marlins
Not a bad road trip thus far. I'm just a little frustrated because we need to make up some ground on the division and we could have made some of it up against the Angels. We could have swept them, but we lost the series. I hope we atleast have a winning record on the road trip when it's done. I think we'll atleast come out even when it's done, because were going to win atleast 2/3 from the Rays, and we have to win atleast 1 game against the Braves. But hopefully we can come out over .500 and win 5 out of the 6....

TSwift25
I know I've been playing the part of the wet blanket a whole lot lately, but .500 ball (or thereabouts) isn't great when you just finish playing .200 baseball. If people are content with this team winning 85 games, then great, but it's really hard to say that 3-3 on the road is good when it could have easily been 5-1 or 6-0. Kind of like my whole winning a series is fine if you win the rubber match, but it isn't great when you can't seal the deal on a sweep. I know that the west coast swing is always rough on the Marlins, but I'm not happy with the way the weekend went...
