rferry
Has improved their ERA over 2 runs since last year (4.88 - 2.69). Look at how some of these underperformed last year and are playing over their heads this year. Part of this can be explained by their starters squeaking out an extra 1/3 of inning each game and a greatly improved defense (3.6% more converted outs on balls in play). 2005 ERA WHIP IP Riske 2.91 0.78 43 Betancourt 2.21 1.09 37 Howry 3.25 1.08 36 Rhodes 1.67 1.05 32 Wickman 2.61 1.26 31 Miller 1.52 1.04 30 Sauerbeck 3.28 1.34 25 Davis 5.40 1.74 17 2004 ERA WHIP IP White 5.29 1.49 78 Riske 3.72 1.42 77 Betancourt 3.92 1.34 67 Miller 3.09 1.17 55 Howry 2.74 1.15 43 Jimenez 8.42 1.62 36 Wickman 4.25 1.45 30 Tadano 5.72 1.48
Guest FishFanInPA
well Betancourt just got suspended for performance enhancers so that probably contributed to his better stats.
