January 10, 200620 yr This can't be real. This reeks of first amendment violations. The website correctly points out that the term "annoy" is blatantly unconstitutionally vague. The use of aliases to write one's opinion is part of the fabric of our country. Publius, Brutus? I don't buy that this was actually passed. If it does, it won't take long to be struck down.
