The Dolphins have a verbal agreement with wide receiver and special teams ace Kelly Campbell for a contract.

 

However, because the contract includes incentives that would count against the cap if a CBA extension is not completed, the Dolphins are holding off on signing Campbell. If an extension is not done, Campbell probably will not sign right away.

 

Would be a very nice down field threat. Also still very young. Gooooo CBA!
