September 29, 200619 yr Week 1: 5-1-1 Week 2: 3-2 Week 3: 2-3 (3-1 in other games of note) Week 4: 2-3 Without further ado.... 1) Navy +3 @ UConn -- I normally don't like to bet on road teams in close spreads but Connecticut isn't solid against the run and well...that's all Navy does. I think both teams run the ball well and it's pretty close to even but Navy comes out ahead. 2) Missouri -15 vs. Colorado -- Colorado shot their load last week losing at Georgia. Missouri is 4-0 for a reason despite the lack of competition. Can't see the Buffs gettin up again this week. 3) Kentucky -6.5 vs. CMU -- Based solely on watching Kentucky hang around with Louisville for a half and Florida for a half as well. Home crowd plus more talent equals a cover. 4) Louisiana Tech +33.5 @ Clemson -- Another situation like Buffalo last week. Clemson has Wake next week...no need for injuries....coast to an easy win....La Tech has some talent to at least not make it a shutout. 5) Fresno -13 vs. Colorado State -- I've been impressed with the Bulldogs this season and if they ever solve their qb problems, they'll be damn good. Take Fresno at home against a team still trying to find themselves without their star RB Bell. also looking at Iowa +7.
