Whats the deal with "Baby Pedro"

It's hard to find anything about him online, and I don't think I'm going to be able to wait until Ramp gets to him on the Marlins top 50 list.

Soo, I pose these questions to you all:

Do you see him more as future Rotation guy or rather a solid Middle Reliever?

From what we did see in his cup of coffee last season, his pure stuff looks to be real good; but pretty unpolished, and with somewhat spotty control.

He's also got a very very slight build (5'11/165 lbs) which can have you second guessing about whether he can handle going out every fifth day, 30 odd times a year and give the team 6+ innings.

You also have to consider; where does he measure up on a staff with a ridiculous amount of young ML-ready pitching talent? Not to mention guys waiting in the wings (Volstad, West...)
