March 12, 200719 yr Author Well, Jim Fleming was Stan Meek's boss, but I am just trying to figure out if Stan Meek is still with the Marlins? Cannot find it anywhere online. Thought somebody in here would know. I think Jim Fleming's title is VP of player development and scouting. Stan Meek was the Director of scouting.

March 12, 200719 yr ` As of January 13, 2007 Stan Meek was still a member of the Marlins organization and identified as Director of Scouting. There's an interview with him online (can't get to it as it's a premium service) but I doubt he's left since then or there would be news on one of the conventional news services.
