I'm pretty sure the Game 6 starter will be Pavano. He hasn't been used out of the pen in the last few games when he could have provided some much needed solid innings. They are resting him to be prepared to start.

Pavano pitched an inning last night. But so did Penny.

They also warmed up Pavano early Friday when Redman was struggling but ended up not needing him.

I'm hoping that if it gets that far, Pavano is the guy in Game 6.

i dont understand why they used Pavano how they did lastnight, i understand if Jack didnt want to use him in order to save him for a possible start Tuesday. instead he used him in the 9th down by 5. if he was going to use him he should've put him in for Willis
