April 9, 200719 yr Have any of you guys heard of All Pro Football 2k8, by 2K Sports? ( Same people that made the 2K series) I was wondering who here will get that , instead of Madden. I personally will be getting APF, I hate Madden..with a passion

I agree with you that MLB 2k7 is horrible, but in every other sport besides baseball, it produces top of the line products, yet thats just my opinion. Also since APF doesn't have the NFL licenses, many probably wont give it a chance
April 10, 200719 yr Nfl 2k5 was awesome, there werent really any cheap plays and it was realistic. I think if you put a vision cone on the qb for 2k5 it would have been the best football game ever. Although there was one Defensive rush move that would get you to the QB every time.

Also since APF doesn't have the NFL licenses, many probably wont give it a chance i played a couple times...probably not as much as i should...and i agree...madden/ncaa has its faults...but i played with the sliders and got it to where id play a season in both, and come out with fairly reliabale and "real" results...but yeah...no nfl license is a game killer for me...oh competition, where have you gone, those were the good ol days when there were multiple games for individual sports
April 10, 200719 yr I miss the NFL 2k series big time, it was their best series, they can't make a baseball game but they can definitely make a football game. I hope All Pro Football is good but without the NFL license it won't get the time of day.

April 12, 200719 yr Ill probably rent madden.. I was thinking of buying 2k but it doesnt allowing editing of players or teams, no franchise mode and of course no NFL/NFLPA license. I was willing to overlook the no NFL/NFLPA license but no player editing? wth!?
