The IBL(Internet Basketball League) is a player based Basketball league that is looking for both players and owners. If you don't know what a player sim league is, it is a league that allows you to create your own player, improve your player by doing interviews with him, writing articles about him or about anything that is going on around the league, amongst many other things. The points you get from doing interviews/articles, etc you can put into any category(EX: 2 point shooting, Passing) to help your player improve in that part of his game.
